It is freezing here in Texas, with no signs of warm weather any time soon. Just as I was shopping for spring pieces, I had to bust out the layers again. I have been loving the #streetstyle look lately. Neutral, textured layers yet practical. All of these items are so timeless and are definitely worth investing in. This exact camel coat is no longer sold but I do have some other suggestions to achieve the same look!

If there is one thing you purchase from this entire look, it should be this sweater. (currently sold out but comes back each year bc it's so popular) I have had this sweater for a few years now and wear it religiously. Such amazing quality and definitely worth every penny. I wore this sweater almost every day towards the end of my pregnancy. The knit of this sweater is warm but not itchy, structured yet stretchy. I am wearing a large here to cover the booty when wearing leggings!

I also have to give these #jeans a special feature as well. These have the perfect amount of distressing in all the right places. The denim-to-stretch ratio is my kind of comfort level. I like a pair of jeans to hold me in but still allow me to bend over or sit comfortably. As someone who typically wears a 28/29 in jeans, I am wearing a 6 in this pair. *size down one to two sizes.
These are super affordable and periodically go on sale. Also come in other washes + white

Last but certainly not least, these Gucci Boots. Aside from my wedding shoes, these are the most expensive pair of shoes I own (they were also a Christmas gift, thanks sis). When buying designer items, I typically gravitate towards luggage or a bag and wouldn't typically buy clothing but look at these OMG! Investing in designer items is totally a personal preference. I would definitely start with the basics + classics. A nice pair of boots like these will never go out of style and are totally worth the investment in my opinion.
sizing // i typically wear an 8 and am wearing a 9 in these boots. the ankle area is a bit tight but will stretch over time.
